elona explore by health insurance prescription (GKV) or doctor's letter (PKV/health care) with the name “elona explore - für die mentale Gesundheit” (name of DiGA), and the PZN 19822147 from medical and psychological psychotherapists.
The prescription is submitted to the health insurance company by your patient in the usual way (by post, via app). The health insurance company then sends a 16-digit activation code directly to your patient. Once the patient enters the activation code, elona explore is ready to use!

Common questions
After receiving the prescription, patients submit it to their Statutory health insurance one — either online, by post or in the cash register app. You will then receive a 12-digit activation code, which they enter in the elona explore app. It can then be used for 90 days.
The use of elona explore is initially available on 90 days limited. After that, if required, a new recipe issued and resubmitted to health insurance. This allows you to extend use.
