elona therapy accompanies ongoing psychotherapeutic treatment. What does that look like in practice?
1. You conduct a therapy session with one of your patients.
2. After the session, you no longer have to search for worksheets, but in elona therapy you can choose from over 420 content on topics that you have discussed or would like to work on in the next hour.
3. Your patients now have the opportunity to deepen what they have learned and complete exercises between two sessions.
4. In the following session, you can talk about what you have learned, clarify open questions or integrate topics that have already been prepared.
You can prescribe a DiGA in two ways. Either with a doctor's letter or with a prescription, i.e. a prescription, as you probably know from a doctor's visit. In your ELONA therapy starter kit, you will find a recipe block for elona therapy depression. Instructions on how to fill out the regulation can be found in resource center. If you don't have a prescription pad, you can print out and fill out the doctor's letter. You can also find this in the resource center.
Unfortunately, that happens sometimes. One or the other health insurance company is not yet optimally trained in using DiGA. So far, we have been able to talk to health insurance companies about every prescription and obtain a permit. If you receive mail from a health insurance company with questions, we have one for you here template stored, which explains why we as psychotherapists are allowed to write prescriptions without having to prove why. If you still get stuck, feel free to contact your Therapy Success Manager or send an email to support@elona.app.
Your patients can help you get started with elona therapy by uploading your prescription to their health insurance company's online portal. This is usually faster than sending by post. If this is not possible, you can send the prescription to the respective health insurance company. Next, your patients can install the app on their smartphone. When the activation code arrives from health insurance, your patients will be asked to enter it in their elona therapy app. Now the only thing missing is the connection to your elona therapy account! After creating a patient file in your web application, you will find a QR code and, alternatively, a 6-digit number code that you can pass on to your patient. Now it's ready to go.
Using elona Therapy is free of charge and with no time limit. Your patients can use the appropriate smartphone app for 90 days per prescription.
That is no problem at all! elona therapy has no maximum duration of use, which means that you can prescribe the application again. As often as you and your patients benefit from it. If you notice that a prescription is running out of time, fill out the doctor's letter or prescription again. You don't have to wait until the 90 days are over. We recommend issuing the new regulation early, i.e. when there are still around 25-30 days left. This gives health insurance enough time and you can continue using Elona Therapy Depression seamlessly without a break.
All data entered into elona therapy is stored on German servers. Personal and health data is pseudonymized and also stored separately from each other. All data is also encrypted using a secure process (record-level based encrypted), which provides special protection for your data.
